Instructions for Teeth Whitening

Brush your teeth and insert a small drop of the whitening material in each tooth section of your custom trays provided by the office.  Insert the tray and gently wipe away any excess whitening material that is outside the custom trays.  Wear the trays per instructions of the office but remove the trays immediately if you experience significant sensitivity to the material.  Rinse the trays after each use with cool water and brush with your toothbrush(no toothpaste) to remove any residual whitening material.  Keep custom trays in a safe cool place and away from pets and extreme temperatures. If sensitivity persists try using a Sensitive Toothpaste and call the office if the sensitivity is not reduced.
